Variety of vegetation types. Often on clay soils in low lying and depressed areas.
Habit:
Annual hairless forb to 30cm. Alternate, ovate-oblong leaves. Has greenish flowers in clusters (Dec-Feb). Fruit bottle shaped and dark brown to almost black.
Propagation:
Palatable to stock, but rarely occurs in sufficient bulk to provide more than variety to diet.
