Habit:
Grey, suckering perennial to 60cm high. White, basal, tubular flowers ending in two divided lips (Sep-Nov).
Habitat & Site Selection:
Variable on sands to clay. Common in grasslands. Will grow on hard surfaces. Tolerates alkaline soils.
Seed Collection & Propagation:
Propagate from division and cuttings.
Values & Uses:
May have some use as a low level shelter for stock. Provides excellent shelter for small wildlife.
