Habit:

Erect perennial to 15cm high. Leaves dark green and triangular-ovate to lanceolate. Large flowers are purple to purplish-blue (Sep-Nov). Fast growing.

Mainly in River Red Gum forest in moist situations. Well drained moist soil.
